NOVA Strength

is a new gymnastics based physical conditioning program

designed to dramatically increase flexibility, core strength,

coordination, balance, endurance, and power. Spring loaded

foam padded floors, tumble tracks, trampolines, rings and foam

pits are just a few of the types of equipment that

NOVA Strength uses that make it unique to any other

exercise program available. By utilizing such a unique

facility each athlete will gain body coordination they

never had before, as well as become less likely to

become injured during their sport because of the

increased flexibility. This challenging workout is available

for youth of all ages and will give your athlete the "edge"

he or she is looking, for as well as keep your body in tip

top injury free shape! Classes are forming so please

Class Schedule:
Tuesday 6:30PM-8:00PM
Friday 6:30PM- 8:00PM
Saturday 3:00M-4:30 PM

OPEN GYM-

PreSchool Open Gym for toddlers is Friday 10:00 - 11:00pm $5 fee.

Parents MUST activly supervise their children at ALL times.

Open Gym for experienced gymnasts is
SUNDAY at  5:00pm - 6:30pm -  $10 fee.

Participants in Open Gym must have gymnastics experience, be able
to follow directions and work independently.
Parents/adults are not allowed to coach nor may you be on the floor.

Open Gym for Urban Gymnastics/FreeRunning (formerly know as Parkour)
Sunday 6:30pm - 8:00pm- $10 fee.
Gymnasts are welcome during this time, but the
"Urban Gymnastics" participants get first
priority on the equipment.
