OPEN GYM TIMES
Open Gym for gymnasts who wish to practice their skills is now
SUNDAY 5:00 - 6:30.

Urban Gymnastics (Formerly Parkour)
Sunday night from 6:30- 8:00.

Gymnasts are welcome during this time, however, Urban Gymnastics participants have priority on the equipment.

  

ALL STAR TRYOUTS!

For any girls 7yrs and older! Come try-out for our team! Last year our team of 13 Girls took 20 top 3 finishes at states! This week we head into our State Championships with 29 girls competing! Come and join the fun!
